In terms of capitalization, which at the end of 2020 amounted PLN 19.4 bn, Cyfrowy Polsat is the biggest media-and-telecommunication company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and one of the biggest companies of this type in Central-and-Eastern Europe.

Dividend policy
On March 15, 2019 the Management Board of Cyfrowy Polsat adopted the new dividend policy which assumed that the recommended payout in the period 2019-2021 would not exceed PLN 2.79 per share in total, with the dividend payments made in three amounts:
- at least 0.93 PLN per share to be paid out in 2019;
- at least 0.93 PLN per share to be paid out in 2020;
- at least 0.93 PLN per share to be paid out in 2021.
